1. Foreword and commercial policy

CARLETTI FASHION SRL manages the site raggianti.it

CARLETTI FASHION SRL is registered in the Brindisi Business Registry with Tax Code and VAT No. 02465060743 and with registered and administrative offices in Via Dalmazia 27 – 72100 Brindisi (BR) – Italy.

The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively refer to the submission, offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on shoponline@raggianti.com.

The following conditions must be met in order to purchase via our site:

Be over 18 years of age.

Have a personal and valid e-mail address.

Be eligible to enter and legally enter into binding contracts.

Possess a credit card for certification and payment: American Express, Visa, Master Card, Paypal, or have a Current Account to make a Bank Transfer.

Purchases can only be concluded for items published on raggianti.it and while stocks last.

Our web sales channel raggianti.it is aimed exclusively at all those users who are ‘final consumers’, i.e. any natural person who acts on raggianti.it for purposes that are not related to their own commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity, if any.

Carletti Design s.r.l. reserves the right not to process orders that do not comply with this commercial policy.

 2. Conclusion of the contract

In order to conclude the purchase of one or more raggianti.it products, the user must first register by following the guided purchasing procedure, and consequently accept all the sales clauses in addition to the provisions of point 1 of these general sales conditions.

Before proceeding to the final purchase of products, the user is required to accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and use of the site and to check the data entered. Please note that users who do not agree with any or all of the terms and conditions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale are requested not to submit the order form for the purchase of products on raggianti.it

At the end of this data entry phase, the user must make payment for the order in order for the contract to be concluded.

Once payment has been made, the purchase order is taken care of by raggianti.it, which will send an e-mail confirming the order received.

Once the correctness of the payment and shipping data has been verified and the availability of the ordered product has been checked, raggianti.it will consider the contract concluded and will confirm by e-mail the execution of the order with all related information.     Please note that raggianti.it may cancel purchase orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect, or if products are not available. In such cases, the user shall be informed by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that raggianti.it has not carried out the order.

In particular, in the event of products no longer available, or on sale at the time of the last access to the site (i.e. when the order form was sent) but subsequently no longer available, it shall be the responsibility of raggianti.it to promptly issue a notification, and in any event within thirty (30) days from the day after the order was sent, of the possible unavailability of the ordered products.   In case of a non-concluded contract that has nevertheless generated payment of the price, Carletti Design s.r.l. will promptly refund the amount already paid by the user.

3. Guarantees

Exclusive RAGGIANTI brand products are offered for sale on raggianti.it. Raggianti.it does not sell used, irregular or substandard products.   The essential characteristics of the products are presented on raggianti.it within each product sheet. However, the images and colours of the products offered for sale on raggianti.it may not correspond to the real ones due to the effect of the Internet browser and monitor used, and no objection may be raised in this respect by the consumer.

4. Modifying and updating the General Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may also be amended from time to time in

consideration of possible regulatory changes. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale will in any case be effective from the date of publication on raggianti.it

If you do not agree in whole or in part with the General Terms and Conditions of raggianti.it, you are requested not to use our website. Orders accepted before the change are subject to the previous general terms and conditions of sale
